The assignment was to illustrate the night vision apparatus on top of the helicopter.  This corporate photography photo-shoot was in Tennessee for DRS Technologies.

After a year wait, they finally authorized me to show a picture… (just this one).  I’ve been doing commercial photography in Colorado and other locations for this defense contractor over the past several years and I must say, it’s been fun.  Advertising photography in Colorado or anywhere in the world is all about showing the product in it’s best light of course.

Sadly, both pilots were killed in a crash since this image was made.
